What is the standard delivery time?

We deliver on pre-order basis only. Our committment is to provide freshest possible groceries and food items. As such regular items will be shipped on next day only. For gift items, please select the date as per your requirement.

Do you take order from abroad?

Yes. You can pay using your international cards or order local cash on delivery.

Do you deliver out of Dhaka?

Not at this moment. But we are working on expanding our services outside of Dhaka as well.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accpet all major cards and digital wallets. We also offer as "Cash on Delivery".

Is buying online safe?

Yes. We use SSLCOMMERZ Payment Gateway which is fully compliant and safe to transact.

How do I place an order?

You need to register to shop at our site. Browse for products, add to cart and check out to complete the process.

How can I cancel or change my order?

Once placed, you can not modify the order. To cancel your placed order - please call our hotline at +8809678187666. We will refund, if paid, to your account for subsequent purchase. For cash refund to your card/wallet - please place a request through hotline. In that case, up to 7 working days may be required due to bank/wallet involvement.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes you need. That way you can keep track record, order history and addresses saved for easy transaction. Please note, we do not save any card/wallet related data.

How do I track my order?

By logging into your account at our site you can see the status of your order.

How can I return a product?

If the product has any defect or quality that did not match your expectations, please return the product to us by calling our hotline +8809678187666. We will advise the next steps immediately over phone. Please note, do not send any email request for return. The timeframe to return any product is 12 hours from the time of delivery.
